After spending two days every week on compliance paperwork — and nearly missing a gas safety certificate renewal that could have resulted in a £30,000 fine — Phil decided there had to be a better way.
He assembled a team of property professionals, compliance experts, and AI engineers to build the platform he'd always wanted: one that monitors compliance automatically, generates documents instantly, and gives letting agents the peace of mind that they are always on the right side of the law.
