REQUIREDAll deposits must be protected within 30 days. Unprotected deposits expose you to 1–3x deposit penalty claims.
Tenancy deposit protection certificate and prescribed information retained on file
REQUIREDKeep copies of all deposit protection certificates. You will need these if a possession claim goes to court.
